Pradeep has spent almost two decades working in large enterprises in various technology roles. Join him as he shares some of the lessons he has learned in his journey of becoming an in-house design leader.
About the Speaker
Pradeep is currently the VP of Global Digital Product Design at Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he oversees design work across all digital products focused on creating distinct guest experiences.
Previously, Pradeep has held several design leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies in the finance, e-commerce, media, and now hospitality industry. He has built and grown in-house design teams in environments where organizations are going through enterprise transformation from small teams in one location to teams 10x in size distributed across offices globally.
Pradeep holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
Beyond his day job, Pradeep occasionally teaches fundamentals of user-centered design to graduate students as an adjunct professor at DePaul University.
