I’m extremely passionate about building world-class design organizations and leading the creation of digital products and experiences that touch millions of people every day.

Throughout my career, I’ve steered research and design efforts across the FinTech, Tech, Telecom, Consumer Goods and Healthcare industries, serving a broad range of users. During pivotal points in the evolution of diverse businesses, I’ve revitalized and scaled design organizations to become a strategic asset and collaborative partner while catalyzing customer-centric culture transformation across the enterprise.

• Led large-scale change efforts to reimagine products and the customer experience and integrate newly acquired brands and products.

• Assembled talented leadership teams and built strong organizational foundation (systems, processes, training and tools) that have enabled teams to thrive, rapidly respond to changing requirements and deliver improved outcomes — for both the customer and the business.

I’m a firm believer that the strength of any organization lies in the rich diversity of its talent. As a Brazilian immigrant and advocate for underrepresented groups in tech, I work to ensure that the composition of my design organization is a true reflection of the widely diverse customer base it serves while championing DEI across the enterprise.

I’m an executive sponsor in advancing career- and community-building initiatives — internally and externally; speak regularly at industry events; and serve as a strong mentor to develop the next generation of design leaders.
