Kamdyn (she/her) is a business-minded creative thinker with an undeniable passion for all things human-centered—design, technology, and operations. Her expertise encompasses the wide range of design, delving into how individuals interact with various aspects of their environment—from intimate interactions on a screen to navigating our physical environment. With well over a decade of experience, Kamdyn has worked on the operational side of design for respected companies including, Smart Design, Condé Nast, Automattic, and until recently, Spotify. At Spotify, she led a dynamic team as the Global Head of Design Operations and later as the Head of R&D Enablement. Kamdyn centers her operational practices on elevating underrepresented voices and perspectives, emphasizing that “if you want to see system change, we must change the systems in which we operate.”
