About the Speaker

I am a design leader and educator. I co-founded the digital design studio Chopping Block, which went on to produce award-winning work for a variety of global clients. In 2014, I joined the Adobe Design team. As Senior Experience Director of Pro Products at Adobe, I lead a diverse international multidisciplinary team of ridiculously talented designers responsible for Adobe’s flagship + next-generation Digital Imaging, Photography, Video, and 3D tools within Creative Cloud.

With over two decades of experience guiding design teams, product strategy, and vision, I cultivate happy/healthy teams that design, build, and launch exceptional creative products that make a meaningful global impact.

When I’m not working, I’m a dad, husband, professor (School of Visual Arts), photo nerd, and New Yorker.

What is the cancellation policy, in case something comes up and I cannot attend anymore?

While the time is going to fly by fast, we do understand it’s tough to estimate your workload, schedule, and life in advance.
You can get a 100% refund if you cancel up to a month before the summit. You can also request a 50% refund up to two weeks before the summit.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We’re working on getting some preferred rates for hotels close to the summit venue. We’ll keep you posted.

What does the summit price include?

Your ticket includes the access to the conference, an invite to the summit app and slack group. You’ll also get access to the DLS official party, some way cool swag, and all the fun activities we have planned at the event.

I need a visa in order to come to Canada for the Design Leadership Summit. Can you help with this?

Yes, we can write you a letter of recommendation for you to apply for a visa. Email support@designx.community your name, business address, and ticket order number. Please check with your local government office for any visas waiting periods
