Silke Bochat — Chair of Service Design, SCAD
Silke Bochat is Chair of Service Design at SCAD, where she’s advancing “Service Design 2.0” and shaping the next generation of design talent. With 20+ years leading in-house design at PepsiCo, Colgate, Mars, and Beiersdorf, she spans strategy, DesignOps, and enterprise transformation. She’s also redefining HR through design. Honors include Brand Strategist of the Year (2024) and Top 30 Female Design Leader (2023).
Clark DeLashmet — Chair of UX Design, SCAD
Clark DeLashmet chairs UX Design at SCAD and previously taught in Advertising & Branding, focusing on emerging tech and user-centered design. Through SCADpro, he has led student teams for Google, Home Depot, and BMW. His work applies UX across disciplines—from digital content to products and brand experiences—and he’s delivered solutions for Coca-Cola, Warner Brothers, Diageo, and Moët Hennessy.
