She oversees experience strategy, design systems, branding, and operations, bridging creative practice with P&L and risk. Previously at Walmart and Capital One, Jessa is known for scaling global teams and turning design into a driver of growth and operational excellence.

Alice Au Quan — Head of Design, Enterprise (UX Director), GoFundMe

Alice Au Quan leads enterprise design at GoFundMe, enabling nonprofits to scale their missions and tell stronger stories. Formerly at Google, Ripple, and Walmart, she blends human-centered design with business strategy to deliver first-of-their-kind experiences. She founded AI Design for Good, a community initiative ensuring AI serves humanity, and is known for building inclusive, cross-disciplinary teams.

Bob Baxley — Executive Design Advisor

Bob Baxley is a veteran design executive who has led teams at Apple, Pinterest, Yahoo!, and ThoughtSpot. With 35 years in Silicon Valley, he connects tech history, design craft, and leadership to help teams scale quality and culture. A frequent keynote speaker and podcast guest, Bob advises startups, mentors design leaders, and co-hosts the podcast Reconsidering.

Sebastian Speier — Member of Design Staff, Perplexity AI

Sebastian Chen Speier is a New York–based product designer and creative director focused on consumer mobile experiences. At Perplexity, he helps translate advanced AI into fast, intuitive interfaces. Previously, he contributed to product work at Shopify, Airbnb, Instagram, and Nike. His approach blends crisp visual systems with iterative prototyping to ship polished, high-impact features.
