About the Speaker

Meghan is a Staff Product Designer, currently shaping design experiences for Thrivent’s Digital Advisor Portfolio.

With a decade of experience across various tech sectors, she’s worked on meaningful projects, including custom permissions at Lever, data security for Twilio, machine learning tools at Amplitude, and equitable car-repair assessments at RepairPal.

Recently, Meghan shared her insights with the community through the Product Designer’s Interview Playbook, which reached over 500k designers. She actively mentors on ADPList and volunteers with LGBTQ+ youth through OutInTech. Her thoughts on design have been featured in UX Collective and ADPList’s newsletter, engaging thousands of designers.

Meghan is passionate about making design learning accessible to all and advocates for neurodivergence in design and storytelling.

What is the cancellation policy, in case something comes up and I cannot attend anymore?

While the time is going to fly by fast, we do understand it’s tough to estimate your workload, schedule, and life in advance.
You can get a 100% refund if you cancel up to a month before the summit. You can also request a 50% refund up to two weeks before the summit.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We’re working on getting some preferred rates for hotels close to the summit venue. We’ll keep you posted.

What does the summit price include?

Your ticket includes the access to the conference, an invite to the summit app and slack group. You’ll also get access to the DLS official party, some way cool swag, and all the fun activities we have planned at the event.

I need a visa in order to come to Canada for the Design Leadership Summit. Can you help with this?

Yes, we can write you a letter of recommendation for you to apply for a visa. Email support@designx.community your name, business address, and ticket order number. Please check with your local government office for any visas waiting periods
