Lenny Laurier is the Director of Design for TurboTax at Intuit, leading teams that build amazing software to enable financial prosperity for customers. His responsibilities include driving the end-to-end user experience, strategic planning, and incorporating customer-back thinking into the fabric of Intuit’s products serving millions of consumers. Lenny has led user experience design teams at large enterprises and fast-growing, industry-defining startups in previous roles. His work includes: redefining the mobile banking experience and a new way for BMO customers to open a bank account on their smartphone in minutes; revamping the design language for the 500px photography community and; exploring the intersection of design and AI for large enterprises at integrate.ai. Celent, Forrester, Globe & Mail, and other notable organizations highlight Lenny’s work. Outside of the office, he provides mentorship to many aspiring and practicing designers and has supported entrepreneurship through various engagements.
