About the Speaker

Hector Crespo is an accomplished design executive with over 20 years of experience working throughout the US and Canada. At RBCx, an innovative division of the Royal Bank of Canada, he leads a large design studio that conducts CX research, brand strategy, product design, and marketing creative services for a portfolio of venture companies and advisory services for banking clients in tech sectors. Prior to joining RBC, Hector worked at other financial institutions leading large in-house design teams, and at top advertising and digital agencies where he built and managed creative service and marketing practices and worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies and major league sports franchises. He also led digital and mobile strategy and agile delivery teams at large financial institutions.
