Call For Speakers
Thank you for your interest in speaking at our conference! While our call for speakers has now closed, we would love to host you as an attendee at DLS 2024 and share your learnings with others through our interactive programming.
Our community is keen to learn from a diverse set of design and product leaders to share experiences from their leadership journey – both good and bad, no holds barred.
With a big focus on curated, intimate community experience at DLS 2024: we have two ways in which design and product leaders can contribute to our programming.
Day 1: Leadership Summit
We have slots for speakers to present talks in varied formats:
5 full length sessions (30 minutes each)
2 lightning talks (10-15 minutes each)
1 keynote (45-60 minutes each, inclusive of any panel discussions)
Day 2: Leadership Circles
With a whole day dedicated to leadership roundtables and breakout sessions, we’re looking for leaders interested in facilitating conversations around healthy representation of company sizes: Conglomerate, Enterprise, SME, Post-Series C startup, Pre-series C scaleups.
Themes of interest
We’re looking for content that shows and educates — not tells and sells. Talks can be composed of deep dives, case studies, and specific examples. If you’ve got a captivating story of interest for design leaders in attendance, we would love to have you!

Speaker Compensation
The effort and time required for speakers to present an incredibly engaging and valuable talk at a conference is a tough task. Our team will work closely with you to ensure your personal and professional goals from the speaking engagement are met.
For speakers accepted to speak at DLS 2024,
✈️ We cover your economy airfare to Toronto and back.
🏨 2 nights of accommodations at one of our partner hotels in Toronto.
🎟 Two invites to our VIP speaker dinner, alongwith select design leaders from the community.
🎥 Video recordings of your talks, alongwith feedback summary from the attendees.
We’re accepting speaker applications on a rolling basis till Nov 30th.
